Witham Drive, York - Kitchen diner extension
The existing ground floor was reconfigured and together with a new rear extension an open plan living, cooking and eating area was created.
Full height glazing, bi fold doors, roof lights and an open plan layout created a contemporary family home. Views out and the option to fully open out onto the garden was key to the design.
